Ms. Serban assists the Firm’s attorneys with the preparation of business and professional visas (R-1, O-1, H-1B, TN, and L-1), labor certifications, immigrant visas, and citizenship matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics. Ms. Serban is fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
